Kevin Smith opens up his world to his fans. I've been suckered in. I love his movies, his writing, his interviews, his videos... I cannot wait for this movie, and am so glad it got bumped to July from August! Jersey represent! Hee.

I can't wait to see X-Men 3! I love me some Wolverine. I've read bad reviews, but I don't care. It looks like it is going to be a ton of fun!
I want to be a mutant! My mutation would be like Kitty Pryde's, the ability to walk through walls, floors, people... I wouldn't want a power where you can mess with or spy on other people, like invisibility, mind reading or x-ray vision. There's too much responsibility with that, and I'd feel bad if I used it wrongly.
Run, don't walk to go see Serenity! You don't need to have seen the series Firefly, though it does make you even more fond of the characters. I am not going to spoil it for anyone, because unspoilt is the way to see this movie. I had clenched fists from the first scene through the last! It had a lot of typical themes from and familiarity to past Joss projects... the lesson at the beginning about love and then a lesson at the end about love (like "it's about power" in episode 1, season 7 of Buffy), the whole team fighting to the end for the greater good, like the end of both Buffy and Angel serieses, and the similarity of characters to ones I already know, and that snappy dialogue I love so much.
I can't wait to own this movie, so I can see it again and again. It. Was. AWESOME.
